Orders are dispatched daily from our Australian fulfillment locations, typically on the next business day. Weekend orders are usually sent out the following Monday, subject to volume.

Please be aware that promotional sales and new product launches may lead to increased dispatch volumes and potential delays. Allow 2-6 business days for your order to be dispatched. 

Our primary fulfillment center is located in Melbourne and observes both state and national public holidays, which may affect dispatch and shipping times.

If your order includes a pre-order item, it will not be shipped until all products are available.
