BREAK REFUND POLICY

There will be no refunds for scheduled breaks if a request has been lodged less than 24 hours before its initial broadcast. If you would like a refund for a spot in a delayed break, contact us for more information.

MULTI TEAM CARDS POLICY

All cards that contain two or more teams will be randomised between the represented teams. If a card is of substantial value, all potential recipients will be contacted to negotiate who will receive the card.

COLLEGIATE AND NON-PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS

All Collegiate and Non-Professional players will be assigned to their DEBUT TEAM. If a player has never played professionally, they will go to their DRAFTED or TRAINING TEAM.

CAN I PICK MY SPOT IN A RANDOM BREAK?

No, break spots are listed in the order they are purchased. In some breaks, these spots are randomised before allocating teams or packs, in other breaks, the list of available teams is randomised before being added to the list of spots. Lists of part

WHAT IS A HIT?

A “hit” is typically considered to be all cards in a product excluding the main base set cards. These could include autographs, memorabilia, short prints, numbered parallels and variants, case hits, etc.

CAN I ADD BASE CARDS TO MY BREAK ORDER?

If a break has not been broadcasted yet, you can add Base Cards for a standard $7 fee. Base Cards can be added to an order 1-2 business days after a break has been broadcasted, but you will receive an assortment of available cards instead of your spe

WHAT DO I GET IN A RANDOM TEAM BREAK?

Every customer who buys a spot will have their name entered in a random number generator to assign their name to a team listed in the break. The list is randomised five times and customers receive all hit cards that represent their spot.

HOW MANY PRODUCTS ARE IN EACH BREAK?

Some breaks will contain a different number of spots depending on the sport, league or genre. On top of this, some breaks will have varying amounts of products available to open:. Case break - A sealed case of product directly from the manufacturer.
